Way to Go, Colton!

Colton we are so very proud of you! We have been friends with Colton and his family for many years. Colton is an inspiration to me because of all of the hoops that he has gone through to receive his call. Going on a mission wasn't really an option until his brother passed away, he met the girl of his dreams, Jaygs and he received his Patriarchal Blessing. Colton is a professionl wake boarder. He is a very gifted athelete and loves all extreme sports. He has had some obstacles to overcome and so that he could receive his long awaited mission call. I respect Colton so much because he has gone through all of the steps to receive his call and be worthy to do so. Satan has been attempting to hold him back as he has had several accidents that could have very easliy derailed his dream of being a missionary. Colton has taken lifes obstacles such as loosing his big brother and friend 2 years ago in December, numerous injuries and surgeries, just like he takes on the wake behind the boat. With extreme confidence and let's not forget the air. I know that Dustin (his brother in heaven) will be a constant companion helping him through the obstacles that Dustin was unable to finish here on earth. He will serve the people of Virginia with the same impact that he does his life and his love of sports. How blessed the people of Virginia will be and how fortunate will his family be to receive the blessings that having a missionary brings. This family deserves these rich blessings and we are so proud of our boy Colty Bear. Way to go our boy and thanks for making all of those wrong who said, "he won't go, the odds are against him." Right on Colton. Continue on with that intensity and you will not only be blessed but many who you teach and serve will receive the blessings that only the truthfulness of the Gospel can bring! We love you! Landon will be so excited to read this post!
